I went to the opening of Aki Sasamoto’s new Tokyo show at Take Ninagawa yesterday.
The show is called E_O. “It’s EGO where the G is gravity,” Aki explained. I guess the G fell down flat, defeated by itself.
Aki has published a little book with photographer Leora Morinis. It’s called Molasses. I particularly liked this bit about rotten milk:
